Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. n8n runs on your server in Germany, HubSpot is your account, domains and ad accounts are in your name. I work on them as a contractor under a data processing agreement — not as the owner.
Is there a minimum term?
Not for websites, n8n projects or CRM rollouts — those are one-off projects. For performance marketing, two weeks, and that is not a contract clause but the platforms' learning phase: Meta only delivers reliably once an ad set has gathered roughly 50 conversions within seven days, and Google explicitly advises changing nothing for the first two weeks. Cancel earlier and you have paid for data you then throw away. After that you decide monthly.
The other way round: if you want ongoing support, every service is available as a retainer. We agree the scope at the end of the project, once it is clear what your system actually needs — any number before that would be guesswork. It should keep you because it pays off, not because a contract says so.
